- Waste / garbage
- In Austria, waste is separated. It is divided into paper, plastic, cans/aluminum, glass (colored glass/white glass), organic waste and residual waste. You will find disposal facilities outside.
- Arrival and departure
- Arrival is generally possible from 3 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Earlier arrivals by arrangement.
On the day of departure the apartment is at your disposal until 10 am. - Excursion tips
- There are numerous attractions and sights to visit in the surrounding area. Information on this can be found here or at auf www.wildkogel-arena.at.
- Bathing lake
- At the eastern end of Neukirchen, there is a small but beautiful bathing lake where you can swim for free. There are larger bathing lakes in Hollersbach or Uttendorf.
- Bath towels
- Hand and bath towels are provided in the apartment.
- Bathroom
- Facilities: shower, WC, make-up mirror, soap dispenser, towel dryer, hairdryer.
- Wildkogel cable cars
- In summer and winter, the Wildkogelbahn cable car takes guests safely and comfortably up to 2100 m above sea level to the high-altitude hiking and skiing area.
- Bread roll service

- Ice skating
- Natural ice rink at the multi-purpose square,

- The bus stop is only a few meters away from the house.
- Parking
- The parking lot directly at the house is free of charge for our guests, your e-car can also be charged here.
- Smoking
- No smoking in the whole house - please smoke only on the balcony or in front of the house.
- Tobogganing
- The longest floodlit toboggan run in the world with a length of 14 km starts on the Wildkogel. The Wildkogelbahn takes you to the start - the valley station is just a few minutes' walk away.
- Sauna
- Use of the Finnish sauna with large panoramic terrace is included in the price. Open daily from 4 to 10 pm.
- Ski bus
- The valley station of the Wildkogelbahn is just a few minutes' walk away, from the end of the valley descent you can take the e-Liner to the market square, then you only have a few steps to the apartment.
- Ski and bike room
- There is a lockable ski and bike room in the house for skis, ski boots, toboggans, bicycles and much more.
