It is strictly forbidden to leave full bin bags on the balcony or terrace. Glass, plastic, metal and paper must - if possible - be separated from other types of waste and disposed of in the designated waste containers (if available). Please place the garbage bags in the designated area before the specified time.
- Every guest must use water, electricity, heating oil and gas responsibly. Stoves, ovens, lights, televisions etc. must be switched off before leaving your vacation home. Excessive electricity consumption will be charged to you on departure.
- Report any shortcomings immediately on arrival and inform the manager within 24 hours so that you cannot be held liable at the end of your stay. Report any damage caused during your stay and before you leave so that the manager can put the house in order for the next guests.
- You must address any complaints to the manager immediately (within 24 hours at the latest) after the defect occurs.
